.....to speak...

 

The technology of communication
is amazing -
but the gift of speech is miraculous and
unique, evidence of the image of God in
which we were created.
God speaks to us through his Word,
with clarity, purity and absolute truth.

As his children, we should learn to speak as
he does, honestly, without profanity...
and when our Father speaks to us, surely
we listen.
Peter, quoting the Psalms said:
"whoever would love life and see
good days must keep his tongue
from evil and his lips from
deceitful speech" 1Peter 3v10
and Paul wrote:
"let your conversation be always full
of grace, seasoned with salt" Colossians 4v6
